This was amazing. I had high hopes for this and MacKay managed to deliver in every possible way.

Simply amazing. Taylor really has his ways in these smaller stories.

It's kinda odd. This is wrong setting for a good Batman and Superman story. But Taylor still does it. Awesome Batman/Superman -story. And a great send-off. This makes the Injustice -series even more heartbreaking.

Oh damm. That was someting. Something good. I really liked it. And cannot wait for more. It is hard to review this because I don't want to say anything. Read it, be completely surprised by it.

As alaways, Jason Fabok's art is phenomenal. He really does wonders here. And paired with Johns, this is another amazing issue. Not the masterpiece 10/10 the first one was but close. There are some things that happen here that may anger some fans but I didn't mind it that much. A little, but not a deal-breaker, as I don't know yet how they will resolve those things. The only real problem I have with this is that I don't want it to end after the next issue.

A great ending to an excellent story that had a clear beginning, middle and ending planned and it shows. We get some answers to questions some of us wanted, others didn't. And it is all great. Art is amazing, writing excellent to all characters. I really don't have any big problems with this one. I understand why some of you might not like it but I did.

I liked everything that was offered here. Gleason please come back to ASM. I miss you there, your art is amazing.

If you think you need Jen's backstory or need to read Empyre, don't. This is an amazing one-off story that moves both Jen's plot and Ewing's Immortal Hulk forward in very interesting ways. A pretty much must-have.

That was amazing. Otto is now one of the best characters in the MU. And I'm so glad that Superior Spider-Man Vol 2 will have the same creative team.

Issues like these are hard to review. The storyline goes to a direction I didn't see. But I like it. Art is okay and serves its purpose. It's a different-kind of big storyline for Hulk now. And I like it.

It's pretty good. These issues 26-30 have not been my favourite, but they do lay the grownwork pretty well. I just want someting more, inpatient reader as I am. At first I thought Roxxon as the next antagonist would be a bit boring after #25, but I was wrong. These aren't masterpieces IMO, but still pretty good. And I still can't wait for #31. The Living Hulk is here.

It is a bit pointless yes. Doesn't add much to anything. But it is still very good. Relationship between Bruce and Peter/Hulk and Peter is written very well. Art is also as good. If you like Ewing's Hulk run, this won't disappoint, even if it is not very important.

Nice to see my childhood hero, Xemnu, back. I too remember watching him on the TV and reading comics about the adventures of the Incredible Hulk.

Xemnu has just changed the planet. Changed the world and almost nobody seems to notice it. Robert Banner, the strangest man alive wants to destroy that planet. That world. The only thing from stopping Banner is Hulk. But Hulk needs help. And that help will come from a world breaker. I enjoy this series so much. Another 10 from me.

Sometimes when celebrating a landmark issue and finishing story, it falters, goes wrong or just isn't good. But this? This. Holy moly, Hulkamoly, Al Hulkwing and Joe Fixinnet did it again.

A masterpiece, I say. Can't wait for more.

So. That happened. Damn. This is still so good. I want more.

This book goes to directions no one can guess. It is surprising and so good at the same time. 36 issues in and a lot has happened. But it all feels like build-up to something massive Ewing has planned. And I can't wait for more. In short, another great issue, buy it.

Forget any idea what the synopsis or the cover might give you. This isn't a sidestory or a filler issue. Just. Wow. This issue left me speechless. In a good way.

The Treshing Place is very similar to Great Power. Not a vital part to Immortal Hulk, but still an excellent comic with great writing and art. And no, having Lemire write this doesn't make it worse than Ewing's issues, it still fits to the story Ewing is telling.

All the players are in place, and all have started to play their cards. The buildup is over, and the endgame is starting strong.

WHAT. WHAT. Buy it. Read it. Masterpiece will it become.

Well, here's the thing. It's good. Not as good as the last one, but good.

A "rematch" worth the wait. This issue will surprised me in a pleasant way and I love how well Ewing writes Ben here.

It's so hard to say where this issue will go. But am I excited for it.

It's not certainly bad. I'm not sure Ewing can even write a bad Immortal Hulk issue. It is a bit slower paced issue that focuses on Joe as we haven't seen him in a while. The plot moves forward a little and we get some interesting developments here and there, but ultimately it isn't the strongest issue in the series and I can understand if some readers feel that this issue is a waste. But hey, even the weaker issues are still very good and worth your time.

I really enjoy these one-shots. As amazing as Ewing's run is, these side-stories are welcome change of place to the world of Immortal Hulk, as they explore stories that the main issues won't. These aren't necessary, but they offer a bit hope that there are writers who can write Hulk after Ewing's run inevitably ends (which I hope won't happen anytime soon).

HOLY MOLY HULKAMOLY. Like damn. This book continues to surprise me.

It's Immortal Hulk, which means it is good and you should read it. No need to for me to tell more.

This is just a tease. An opening for the grand finale. An opening that is done very well. I am gonna miss this series...

I didn't know what to expect of this. How would Ewing end this all? Very well it seems. I have no problems with this. Everything just feels... nice. Good. Great. I just liked this so much. It feels very definitive ending to Ewing's run and I quite like it. I will miss this series, but I'm glad that it got the ending it deserved. But it's nice to have a so good feeling after the series had ended you know? To say, I'm content after finishing it.

When I first heard about this, I thought it would me another run-on-the-mill origin story that did nothing new with the idea. It angered me, as I thought DC should do something else than "Year two of Batman". My grodd was I wrong. So wrong. This is amazing. I love this.

I really liked this. Almost everything here is great. Sorrentino's art, as wonderful as it is, can make it hard to distinct which Batman is which sometimes, but otherwise it's amazing. This book surprised me. It did something new with concept. And that is enough for me.

Amazing conclusion to this timeless mini-series.

This should be everything I dislike about Snyder writing Batman, but this bombastic comic just keeps entertaining me big time.

I think it finally hit me. I have liked this series the whole time. I think it's great, but I have felt like i don't see the hype. But now I do. This is amazing.

I'm so conflicted on this issue. On one hand, I love everything. Writing, art and Bane's backstory is being told. On the other hand, it feels like we are going back to Snyder being himself. And I hope he can keep it in check, because this was already going on a bit too much with how violent it wanted to be. Sure, it's Absolute line, sure the book has been violent before, but this time it felt a bit unnecessary? I don't know, like I said, I'm conflicted. Because on it's own, I like it a lot. But I've read Snyder's writing for 10 years now. And this seems like a sign that we might go overboard with the violence. It fits with the series, but I hope the team can keep it in check. I have same feelings with Mann's art. At times, it feels wonderful and very fitting. But on other, I am so used to Dragotta's art and how it fits this series, so that Mann's art felt like a different world. He draws Bruce in such different way that it might seem like a completely another character from another universe. But these are small problems in the end. I am not sure how to feel on the cop out. It makes sense to actually see what is Bane's endgoal and not just have him say "I will break you". But it also felt like waste because so much time is focused on that. I don't know. I get why this issue can work for so many people and I can see that. But I also feel conflicted.

I'm speechless.

Holy amazing comic Batman.

Generally one shouldn't give just a plain 10 for a comic based on the first story. But this time I'll make an exception. Something something "comics are now too political" something something "it's woke and bad!"

Snyder is kind of a guy whose work when being extreme, or in this case Absolute, can be an absolute banger, or a shitshow. Thankfully, this is absolute banger. What a comic and what a story.

Snyder and Dragotta just keep cooking. Amazing stuff.

I'm only here because of the Red Hood story. And damn it was good. Chip needs to start writing Jason as well. As for the others? I guess they were fine.

I do like this a lot. Jason Aaron made me originally interested in Thor and I'm glad he is going out with a bang. Gorr is a greater final "boss", than Loki, as Gorr's actions made Thor "unworthy". So more of this please-

Amazing. No other words from me. One of the few Legacy titles that are actually worth it.

It's very odd to have a tie-in issue to be much better then the main story, but somehow, this still happened. Amazing artwork and writing shows that Doctor Strange is still one of the best comics Marvel has right now.

Great artwork and writing makes me wonder why isn't this much effort put in the main issues of this crossover?

It's really good with amazing art. I'm left wanting more.

This really made me feel some things. I loved this. If the first 4 issues didn't convince you that MacKay has a clear grasp of Moon Knight, this one certainly will.

I love this series so much currently. Everything about it really. MacKay has done wonders with Moon Knight, just as he did with Black Cat. I pray to Khonshu that this series doesn't end as quickly.

Last issue wasn't amazing, just great. But we are back to being amazing again. Moon Knight is currently the best series Marvel has to offer (besides Venom) for me.

The Clone Saga -comics are one of the oldest Spidey comics I own. And one of the firsts I read. So Ben's tenure as Spider-Man in the late 90s is very familiar to me. And I always enjoyed those parts and I enjoyed Ben as a character back then. So reading this? It felt like putting back old, but warm and comfortable sweater. It's good. I don't know how good it is to new readers, but to me it was wonderful.

The one guy who I never thought would be back is back. And I'm so thankful for that.

This is just so good. I didn't think DeMatteis could make Spidercide so interesting. And hey, the name of this storyline finally makes some sense, eh?

There was no reason for this mini-series to be as good as it was. What a great finale. I hope with this, Marvel can bring Ben back as himself, not as wannabe-Kaine.

I've missed this series so much during last 3 weeks and I'm glad it is back. Another stellar issue from Zdarsky and Hawthorne.

This issue is amazing, my only problem is that this storyline gets a backseat due to King in Black (I also liked the first issue very much and I am glad to see DD part of that) but this is just so good. I just hope that the same doesn't happen to this like what happened to the Netflix series. That it starts to suffer after the introduction of Hand and loss of focus on Fisk.

I'll admit, I was was worried that King in Black would made this excellent worse, but as usual, Zdarsky delivers. And as usual, no complains, just wonderful writing, great art and pleasant surprises.

As usual, Zdarsky kills it with another issue of DD. King in Black didn't slow this series at all and that just shows how good of a writer Zdarsky is. It also doesn't hurt that the art is still wonderful.

An aftermath of King in Black shouldn't be this good. But it is. So good.

It's nice to read something good this week...

This wasn't the best penultimate issue. Mostly because of the art. When I saw Checcheto's art on the cover, I got hyped seeing this "grudge match" between Bullseye and Elektra. But I didn't get that. I know that Checcheto is working on Devil's Reign right now, but this art just isn't that good. And the writing? It's not the best Zdarsky has offered. Spidey felt off in the last issue and Bullseye isn't used properly. I miss when he used those cards. Or anything other than guns. It just makes him feel less of a threat. It's not bad. It's okay. But, I expected better.

It was a good finale. I'm even more interested in Devil's Reign now.

A great tie-in, I really like how well Felicia is written here. And it also feels like the continuation on previous Venom issues and bring characters we haven't seen after #165. And with good art, this, like Immortal Hulk one, is not a necessary read to the event (at least yet) but an enjoyable one still.

There is no reason for this to be so good. But it is. One of the best tie-ins this event has.

As someone who started reading Spider-Man in 09 and started with BND, I'm very familiar with Lily Hollister and I've missed seeing her. And I liked everything this issue offered.

It's the best Secret Empire tie-in there is.

Who would've thought that Deadpool comic would be so good as a tie-in. It's funny and is great development for Deadpool.

For someone with no connection to this character, this was a wonderful start. Smallwood is one of my favourite artists and King showcases how good writer he can be.

I missed this series so much.

It can feel like filler. Like this issue was wasted on this part, as nothing moves forward. And King wanted it to feel like that. It makes this feel more believable, as not every day something special happens. Grodd I love this series.

What a wonderful issue. The pacing has slowed, but it doesn't bother me. It's an issue that we don't see so often. How the "prey" sees their "predator", The Dark Knight. And it's done well.

A successful finale to a great series. Nothing more needs to be said.

And I thought Absolute Carnage was brutal but that was a mere opening compared to Knull's arrival. Damn this was good.

A very well done tie-in. Not a necessary one, but well worth the read. Art is amazing and while I did like how integral AC -tie in compared to this, I enjoyd this as much.

After the brutal opening that was the first issue, this one is a much more of a setup and slower paced one. WHile it is still a good read, and the artwork by Stegman is amazing, I really don't like how too many tie-ins are being setup. One reason why I enjoyed Absolute Carnage was that you really didn't need those tie-ins to understand it fully and I do hope this one won't either.

It is very stupid. But it works.

Some times it's just fun to have a big bad with a big army and only handful of heroes fighting against them. No complex and deep backstory of that said villain. Just pure fun. And with great art from Stegman and very well written moments, this event is becoming one of my favourites in a long time.

It's still good. Having so many characters in it does hurt the writing a bit, but not too much. I'm still enjoying this event very much and the artwork especially is wonderful.

Great writing and art and still going strong. I have only one issue with this issue (heh) and it's that it isn't as long as the first one was. But still amazing.

This was actually very good. A nice tie-in, pointless maybe for some, but I liked it.

It's not necessary, it's more for Ghost Riders fans than Absolute Carnage fans, but it was still pretty good.

This is just so good. The art, the writing, everything. Amazing. Again, only bad thing about this is that it should be longer.

That was amazing. I love how AC has it's characters coming from their own story naturally, instead of being so forced. This issue is a great continuation to Ewing's Immortal Hulk and a nice tie-in, that answers some of the questions. It also answers many questions, aka why Bruce is with the Avengers and why is he interested in this so much.

Not bad, just unnecessary.

I loved this. JMS writing Spider-Man is always like putting an old comfortable sweater and feeling good. It's nothing new, but the familiarity and good vibes makes it a really enjoyable experience. Also, I just love the voices JMS has for these characters. Especially Peter. His is one of my favorites.

Finally a comic about Jason being Robin without Bruce being written as an asshole.

Satire drawn by Greg Land is just peak.

Gordon Jr. is amazing in this. And so is almost everything else. The art is a bit rushed in some places but otherwise acceptable. But why I like this mini-series so much is because of the ultimate villain that BWL is for Bruce. No matter what he thinks or plans, Batman Who Laughs has already think that. And Snyder doesn't undercut Bruce in anyway to make BWL look more awesome. My only real issue in this mini-series is that the Grim Knight could have more backstory, but oh well. And the ending only makes it better to me. The idea of Batman isn't working right now for Bruce. Bruce cannot do anything to defeat BWL, except to become like him.

Very good mini-series. The Batman Who Laughs is a great villain for Bruce and this series shows us more evil version of Bruce, which I like. I wasn't a f an of the art in the beginning, but I'm grown to like it.

I wasn't that interested in this. MacKay has been a soli writer, but I didn't think he could make a Kang story interesting for me. I was wrong. This was great. Maybe it's because my expectations were so low, but I really liked this. And all three artists were on point and their work complemented each other well. Even Greg Land, whose art I'm not the biggest fan. I don't hate it, I think it's passable but here it was better than usual.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the conclusion of Ultimate Invasion. But this? This is good.

Just amazing. Spectacular. Pure greatness. Both Stegman and Cates are at the top of their game. Both the writing and the artowrk are just great. And they are handling Miles very well. A great "guest star".

The art is great and the writing is too. But. What makes this annual bad for me is the inconsistencies. Felicia worked with Venom in Venom Inc. and he earned her respect. So her view is very odd. Shocker has fought Venom in Venom #164, they act like that never happened. And the worst of all, Gargan. "Venom doesn't eat people, he is not scary..." GARGAN YOU WERE A HOST OF THE SYMBIOTE. YOU ATE PEOPLE. WHEN YOU WERE IN DARK AVENGERS. Gargan hates Venom, but he knows what it is capable of. Gargan would not understimate it.

A slower paced issue compared to the first part. But that's okay. Writing is still good and artwork even better.

Okay, this was pretty good. I feared that Bunn would make Venom worse after Cates, but he still writes this well and this crossover doesn't feel so forced. Interested to see what happens next. And yes, Coello's art is still great.

This was a pretty okay tie-in. Not great, but not bad. Back to the Absolute Carnage, please.

A great tie-in. With nice art and surprises too. But understanding this all requires you to read all other tie-ins too. So it's not a self-contained story that you can read with AC only.

Another great tie-in that feels like it's important. With great at from Coello and Cates at his best, it's hard not to recommend this.

This was good. Very good. And surprising.

So, this is surprising. Very surprising. Art isn't best for explanation scenes, but very great for fight scenes. A bit repetitive and slow on progress, but still a good issue.

The writing is good and the revelations are surprising. The only downside of this issue is the artwork. For issue that is more focused on storytelling than action, Gedeon's art is lacking.

It's okay. I'm not totally invested in this story arc but it is not bad. I'm glad that we got another artist for this as this much more slower issue than the last one. But Anne is written well and explains how this universe works. This only makes me more excited for King in Black.

It was a much nicer and less action-packed ending than I thought. Venom Beyond wasn't the greatest arc of Cates' run, but it wasn't bad by any means.

It is an interlude chapter between issues of the main story. And it works very well. I've missed Coello's art on Venom.

As Cates did with AC, these Venom tie-ins are well worth the wait and money. This was great.

Like other issues of these tie-ins, it is mostly set-up and not necessary to read. However, it is very good, has great art and teases interesting things to come.

So it's Iron Doom vs. Doomactus? I'm in. Great artwork and good dialogue makes this a great FF story. Valerio Schiti is no Jim Cheung, but manages to keep up with him. Also Marvel, S.H.I.E.L.D. costumes look great. Especially Spider-Man's. Would you be kind and keep them?

It is truly an amazing story made by Lemire. Everything here just works.

It's just fine. There is nothing wrong with this, but it's not entirely new concept, so it gave a little "been there done that" -feeling after reading this. Sure, there are new elements here, but Batman's origins have touched upon so many times, it's hard to make it interesting and compelling read. Thankfully the art is good and script solid. It's just not as good as I wanted it to be, but I never was that interested in this series to begin with. I hope this series can find a reason to exist and do something entirely new with the concept.

Such a good read. Now, I liked the first part, not as much like the others, but it was solid. This I liked much more. I'm really liking how this series is told. Zdarsky seems to have a clear plan what he wants to do with Bruce and I'm all for it.

A great ending to very good storyline. I know, Zdarsky rarely disappoints me, but I was surprised how much I liked this, even when at the beginning I wasn't that interested.

Despicable Deadpool is still one of the Marvel's greatest ongoing titles. Duggan makes Wade more than just-a-joke-character, and his relationship with Rogue is handled very well. And Cap coming back? This is going to be interesting...

Cap's characterization is a bit off, but otherwise, very enjoyable comic. Art isn't the best there is, but it is okay.

Amazing start

Not as an interesting start as the White Knight was, but good still. I'm interested to see where this will go.

I'm late on this. As someone who sometimes truly dislikes King's work, I loved this. It was amazing. Simply put amazing. The amount of misdirection Edward gives here is just wonderful. Was the Killing Joke truly his idea? Or did he just make Gordon more angry, because he knew it would work? I really liked this.

It's not perfect, but it's good. There are some issues here, I really think this could've been longer, but I enjoyed it. Bane has been one of my favorite Batman rogues, so I was excited for this.

Damn, that was a nice twist. And a good comic. I like it very much. And Knull -reference? I see what you are doing Cates...

A bit rushed ending, but still pretty good. Also, I'm so glad that BRB is still in Guardians. He is a good add to it.

Damn, what a start. MacKay still continues to deliver with Moon Knight which is amazing.

That was a great payoff for Aaron's Thor-saga. Epilogue will be a interesting one.

This feeling if very familiar. I remember having similar one three and a half years ago with Venom #1 by Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman. It's feeling of excitment. Intrigue. This first issue is amazing. I like it a lot.

This kind of storytelling is very interesting. Since we have two writers who are focusing on two characters on two different timelines and places, some of the readers might be annoyed by that. I'm not, even if I really wanted to see what happens with Eddie. However, Ram V did a really good job with this one, setting things up nicely for Dylan and his new foes.

If you are waiting for Al Ewing to make Venom the same stuff Immortal Hulk was, this will disappoint you. It isn't like that. Ram's take on Dylan is different what Ewing will do with Eddie. And I like that. I'm continuing to like what I'm getting with Dylan portion. I'm not that familiar with Ram V, but this is good. Not to say that Ewing's stuff doesn't interest me. It does. Very much. But this? It's good too.

I'm loving this series currently so much.

I love this series so much. It made me hyped for Dark Web even.

It's way better than it has any right to be. For an event as messy and badly written as Dark Web, Ewing does make this work. I do wish it focused on Eddie more than Janice.

I really like how Eving and Ram are using Dark Web crossover to move their own story forward, instead of taking a break while this event happens to focus on demon shenanigans. This is the best kind of tie-in I would say. The issue itself is fine. Not the best and New York looks to have a lot less demons in it, but writing is still solid.

I really liked this. What an amazing tie-in. Everything here just worked. I'm looking forward what happens next.

It's a very interesting issue. After two issues of Eddie's journey, we are back with Dylan dealing with Osborns. I enjoyed what there was, but it felt a bit odd to place it here. I do miss Ram V's writing for Dylan. I liked his voice for Dylan more than I do Ewing's.

Ready indeed.

I think this is the best Dylan has been written by Ewing. Such creativity. But yeah, still loving this book, what else is new?

It's another those issues where I like what's written, but don't like what the implications are. I like Torunn. She is a very capable writer and her first issue on Venom as it's own is pretty good. I really liked her take on Dylan and Bren seemed okay. However, this felt like Toxin #1 and not Venom #23. And having Black Widow becoming a new symbiote owner is also not something I'm not that interested. Especially since Ewing has been killing it with his own story. The problem here isn't that Torunn took over Ram V after he left for DC. The problem is that this feels very disconnected and might hurt pacing even more. That being said, I'm not giving up on this series. I just hope Torunn can connect this to Ewing's story well enough.

I like how Ewing writes Doom.

It's pretty okay, placement is very questionable again. However, it's not fair to compare Gronbekk's run to Ewing's, has Ewing has had 2 years worth of setup, whereas Gronbekk only just started. I don't see how this is connected to Absent Throne and Meriudus yet, and I hope this won't become a side story.

It's not a bad comic. It's certainly enjoyable, but it's not as good since it feels so disconnected from Meriudus and the time travel shenanigans. Currently Alchemax is the only part that connects this storyline to others and it's not enough for me. As a standalone issue, it's fine. And it has great art. But as part of a series that already has 25+ issues, it's not as good. I don't blame Torunn for this however, she does what she can with this. And it works.

Phenomenal return Ewing and Cafu. Amazing work.

It's really hard to give my thoughts on this comic. It can either be an interesting cliffhanger, or a major disappointment. Only time will tell. But one of the praises I must give is that Bedlam II: Legend of the Curly's Gold is very funny.

Easily Torunn's best issue yet. I was worried this wouldn't be so good or would drag the storyline, but boy was I wrong.

Once again Ewing shines with his tie-ins.Ferreyra's art was amazing and script uses the setting very well.

This two-parter was amazing. Ewing's writing is almost always good, but special credit has to be given to Juan Ferreyra, who made this arc truly memorable. I hope we see more of him in Venom, his art fit this really well.

It's an interesting start to Old Man Dylan's adventure. But the real highlight here is Cafu's art. It's simply amazing.

I like it otherwise, but Ivy becoming the Mayor just sorta happens. I get it happens in her book, but if you don't read that, it just comes out of nowhere here.

What an exciting start. I've missed your art Checchetto...

It's very by-the-book second part of the Marvel's big event. A slower paced issue that is mostly used to market tie-ins. So good thing that the rest of this issue is good. I just like this. Sure, it "borrows" a lot of elements from Civil War, Dark Reign and what not but I don't care. I never was a massive fan of the first Civil War, I hated the second one and Dark Reign was eh? So if you think it's just a rip-off, I don't think you're wrong. But as a "rip-off", it does things better than the predecessors did, so it's good in my books. Also Checchetto. Your art is so good, makes the comic much more enjoyable.
