I had no idea Keystone was a working class city, did Johns came up with that? And Wally had a kid with a cop??? What? And once again Johns flexes his GL knowledge by bringing back GOLDFACE, one of the most forgettable GL villains of all time

Johns was already showing out his love for Hal years before of writing his book. It's a shame he ignored most of his rogues in detriment of the new corps. Yeah, I liked the book better at the beginning.

First off, I really dislike McKay's Avengers. It lacks good story, dialogue, characters, it's crap. So I was really worried about McKay handling another team book as huge as the X-Men. Gladly, this is great! It is really introductory, we get information about their new home from Beast, as the police commissioner works as a stand in for us, the readers. Great bits there with Hank and Magneto. The rescue mission was also nice, Stegman really shines, my only complaint(shared by many others) is how he makes Cyclops look so young, but it doesn't matter that much. I'm looking forward for this line of X-Comics, especially Wolverine and X-Factor, I'm really the first issue of this new era really delivered something good

Buddy Baker is a has been in the current DCU, now Waid brings him back just for him to be beat up in front of his daughter? Damn 😭 Really liked this one, it feels like a Marvel event in a way, by it's commentary of IA and it's danger, even our heroes are getting defeated by it.

Ok, I like where this is headed, but Zdarksy basically corrected one of his decisions (chopping Bruce's hand) and a previous decision by giving Bruce his money back. Why??? I feel like Tamaki was the only writer that tried to do something with Bruce not being rich anymore and it was fun to read. I enjoyed the story with the clone but this issue was just a big reser button, I hope what comes next is good.

"What am I doing? I don't know how to fight these guys. I'm freaking executive, not a... Super... Hero." What the fuck are you talking about Jeremy Adams? She knows how to a be super hero!!! Did the editor sleep over this line or something? Damn And what the hell is Tigorr from Omega Men doing with Waller's gang? And why is Jeremy Adams writing Kyle like a freaking moron all the time?

Dixon's first arc on Batman is trash.

Without The Flash, the world gets fucked up. The Justice League cartoon got this bit from here? Without Flash the team falls apart

Got John's Omnibus and I'm surprised, early Geoff Johns is special! Anzueta's art reminded me of Norm Breyfogle, am I crazy or someone else agrees with me on this? Goofy Captain Cold lives rent free on my heart ¤ï¸

Extremely forgettable landmark issue, Marvel doesn't even try nowadays, the best part was the cover gallery

I'm enjoying this run, but I wish Ahmed had given more thought to which character the sins are possessing, if it followed some kinda of thematic logic, the story would be better. (Gluttony on She-Hulk???)

The only thing I'm not completely on board here is how Ahmed is writing Matt to be angry all the time. I also think Bullseye should be kept in the basement for a while, go for new villains or use some of the old ones people don't care much about.

Can't believe how good Aaron Kuder is at drawing DD, his compositions and splash pages are extraordinary. Strong second issue, loved how he dealt with the cops and comforted Danilo.

I was afraid to pick this up since I haven't read "modern" Daredevil since Mark Waid's run, I have no idea what happened under Zdarksy's command.But since we talking comics, I assumed it would be safe to read this. And I'm VERY glad I did! First off, I've been a huge Aaron Kuder fan since New Guardians, and he is killing it here! About the story, I definitely wasn't expecting to see Matthew as a priest taking care of children, loved it! I have no other other choice than to keep reading it.

Some noteworthy things here: Matt got shot for the first time! Foggy gets so jealous over Matt and Karen that he wishes his best pal harm! Ouch! Old testament Foggy was not playing around. Matt literally saves the world and ends a dictatorship, street level hero, huh?

Stilt-Man debut, the goat! Surely wasn't expecting bro to possess a world changing device under his belt. I must register here how Stan ends most of the issues in a Spidey fashion, with Matt questioning himself and his actions.

It took seven issues, but Matt finally made it to court! One of the best issues so far, a meaningful fight is always a good fight

I'm losing my interest with this run, what is happening?

Got a bunch of Spidey floppies today and decided to start with this one. Landed at the middle of this whole Tombstone-Punisher mess but the issue is pretty straightforward about it. Solid Spidey/Punisher crossover, and hey, Petey and MJ are married! Always fun see it.

Matador was so bad that he basically disappeared from Marvel Comics

Not exactly one of his biggest foes, but another noteworthy villain here.

Simple story, but interesting by how it presents the Owl as a more flamboyant Kingpin type of character

I doubt that silver age Daredevil gets crazier than this, between few pages, Matt gets launched into space inside a rocketship, manages to get back to Earth and lands at Central Park, runs from the police at horseback, and then persuits Electro by grabbing a Helicopter passing by, BANANAS! it's so much fun.

Perfect origin issue, Matt gets justice over his father death, and his motivations and supporting cast are also stablished very well

Really fun issue, you can see McGuiness is having a good time by the way he's drawing

I would say Harry's story so far has been more interesting than Peter's, great issue

Hickman absolutely crushed the dialogue and character interactions here, great issue

I've seen this before, multiple stories unfolding at once, but the way Prince and Morazzo executed the ideia here, it's beautiful

Sinestro already has a daughter, dumb idea. It's always fun to see Barry and Hal together! DC's editorial should follow Barry's tip and let Hal and Carol just be friends, they'll never be a couple like Clark and Lois or Barry and Iris
