Forever and the troops take Duluth but Forever dies and is now a little girl (created anew?)

This was a fantastic issue. Peter David's characterization was spot on. Danger, the character, was written with stone-faced humor that pulled the story in the right direction without ever being silly. We are quickly learning who these people are and learning to care about them in the context of a team. My only small complaint was the art during the final scene. It was difficult to tell what was the Magus and what was Warlock. To be fair to Di Giandomenico, they are supposed to look similar, but there were a few indecipherable panels. Otherwise, great issue!

Great part 2 of two great annuals. Eva Bell tries to get back to 2099.

Except the note part, I loved this.

Valiant impresses again! Their first crossover is off to a great start.

Still very good and worth reading. End of first arc and continuing the story and giving more information.

Rick Remender crafts another great story for Black Science #5. A new wrinkle was added with a multiverse concept with different versions of the Pillar and the main characters. How Grant deals with knowing who the saboteur is will be interesting in the future. The art fits the book well, but I still have a problem with Scalera making it difficult to be able to distinguish who is who. Overall great issue.

Took me a few pages to remember issue 1, but this is so good.

Greg Pak continues to impress with this series. The story progression is so, but rich and detailed. Gilad's relationship with his granddaughter is unconventional, touching, and humorous. The series reflects the confidence of the title character and I can't wait to see what happens next.

This was really good. If I was nitpicking, I'd rate it lower because the dialogue between the teens was so cringy. No 15 and 16 year olds say "15 and a half" or "16 and a half". It took me out of the story and all I could think was Hickman is out of touch. But in the end, it was really good. I don't like the big think near the end, but I understand how it adds tension.
